The hotel is brand new (~3 months), nevertheless this was my 3rd visit, ladies from the reception are doing a great job and they are very kind and helpful, assisting whenever possible. The lobby is lovely and well decorated, wine and cold water are offered there 24/7. The room's size (I've been in a room without a terrace) ,is larger than other rooms I've been to in Tel Aviv. The room decoration is stylish and smart , and the WiFi connection was fine. Last but not least, the room was very quiet even though the hotel was pretty full.

Pleasant atmosphere, great location, nice hotel staff, clean and well-designed room. The low score is for several reasons. All the websites that the hotel advertises state that there are slippers, a table, and the pictures also show an armchair. In reality, there are none, and the room was very small. The pictures do not reflect reality, and I stay in a lot of hotels. Second, we left at 8 in the morning and returned at 3 p.m. and the room was not cleaned. We didn't really need to clean, but to refill soap, towels, and basic things. It was impossible to call reception from the room, the phone didn't work. The reception didn't really understand when I was surprised that the room hadn't been cleaned until 3 p.m. After an exhausting morning and afternoon in the heat, I had to vacate the room for another hour and waited in the lobby and oops.. We went up to the room and it still hadn't been taken care of!!!. We spoke to the receptionist and it wasn't until around 5 p.m. that the room was tidied up. Any compensation? Forget it. Just exhausting and wasted time from my vacation. Too bad.
