Besonders hervorzuheben war der ausgezeichnete Service - die Mitarbeitenden an Rezeption, an der Bar und im Restaurant überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.  Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant ist passabel.

Great hotel, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, 永安 have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told "nothing they can do" and "it's 永安's fault" that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Specifically bad service via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen

環境優雅，安靜，就是離火車站稍微遠一點，否則下次來telford還是可以選擇在這裏入住。整體感覺還不錯👍
