Impressive experience : Location have all the facilities, perfect for family, couple, group travel. You can literally find everything here do not have to leave the hotel if you dont want too. I have notice there are 2 type of zone, pool access zone which perfect for fun type of vacation, if you want a bit more peace look for villa otherwise it could overwhelm you wit a lot going on in the pool area. Also lagoon view room ＜ not a villa＞ can give you a bit more semi private and peaceful experience. Breakfast is abundant ＜ not much choice for Vegan/Vegetarian ＞. Plenty parking available. Plenty socket in the room, huge bathroom, huge bathtub for lagoon view room, The most impressive is 5 stars service, all staff are well train, calm and relaxing personality, everyone is very nice and polite to client, they know how to make guest feel prioritize, very safe as well, I have lost my earphone never thoughts i could get it back ＜. think it was lost in the sand＞ but one of the staff found it and return to me i was so blessed. Also private beach is stunningly beautiful and quiet. They also have application where you can order and see all hotel detail in the app, super convenience, you can also request date/time for make up room service as well from the app, I used it for in room dinning work very well. I would recommended this place. Suggestion: Furniture are unique design but not practical, wall is too thin i was annoyed by my neighbor most of the time. Remark: The place look exactly right on the picture.

Не первый раз отдыхаем в этом отеле. Все супер, завтраки стали лучше. Жили на вилле, каждый день приносят комплимент в виде сладостей, приятно! Очень атмосферно!

Pros: - huge hotel - wonderful breakfast: egg station, noodle station, Thai fruits or Thai sweet station, ice cream, fresh juice, bakery room, etc. - great facilities: 3 pools, all day activities, etc. - helpful staffs, special thanks to Sai at breakfast restaurant. - comfortable bed - big, well- equipped room: beach and in-room slippers, beach bag, etc. Cons: - no elevator - situated in isolated location Overall, happy to return and recommend :)

房間大且乾淨，酒店環境很好，可以免費劃皮划艇遊走在紅樹林裏，小童設施也非常全，孩子很喜歡。總之，很滿意，還有酒店的火焰表演是我在泰國看過最精彩的一次

Location : located in good area ( Not so far from the city where you can find many foods and convenience stores). Services : the stuffs were super nice and help you if you need anything. Food : breakfast was excellent! With different varieties of foods, you can try many Thai dishes and also western. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, but unfortunately it was pricey and the taste was not worth the price. But! The service was really nice!  Amenities:  The swimming pool was wide and both adults and kids can enjoy.  There was a beach where you can watch sunset and do many morning activities the hotel provided. They also have gym, kids playground, and many activities including canoeing. Didn’t really get bored even though it was raining all day.  Very good place to stay with your family or friends. Very kids friendly and I think you will enjoy Khao Lak staying here.

מלון חמוד, אמנם לא בתוך העיר אבל יש בכניסה למלון ציינג', סופר, מכבסה , מסאג ו2 מסעדות חיצוניות. יש שאטל חינמי 3 פעמים ביום וגם במרחק 5 דק נסיעה אפשר למצוא סבן אילבן ומלא חנויות. החדרים גדולים אבל הנקיון בינוני. ארוחת בוקר מעולה ועשירה. ההיילייט של המלון זה חוף הים שאמנם אינו נגיש (צריך לעבור גשר צף, פחות נוח עם ילדים קטנים) אבל יפהפה. לשים לב שחדרים בקומה השנייה דורשים עלייה במדרגות ואין מעלית, קריטי למי שמתנייד עם עגלת תינוק.
