The hotel is bright and clean, with lots of good vibes. It has international sockets and clean drinking water which are all nice touches. Pretty roomy too. Drawbacks: Funnily despite the coffee powder provided there's no spoon or wooden stirrer to be found. Also why would you put the toiletries on the pantry? Took me a while to locate them. Lastly the wifi was impossible to log on, but I will attribute it to an Accor issue. Seriously why not just give us the old fashion password instead of making us jump through hoops in your log in page with 3 options and none of which works (in between you keep getting timed out and being 'suspected of being a bot'). Overall just some minor details to look into.

I stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast. I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.
