The room was spacious. However, the facilities at the restaurant is not that good. It’s even expensive as compared to the other locations in the area.

"Extremely disappointed with the service at The Fern. From the very beginning, the experience was below expectations. No staff was available to assist with luggage — we had to carry it ourselves, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer quality service. The overall service was poor, unprofessional, and lacked even the basic standards of hospitality. Definitely not worth the price or reputation. Would not recommend."

The hairdryer was broken though it was working. The housekeeping services were quite fast and nice. The food wass so so so delicious. But the balcony wasn’t clean it was dirty we couldn’t even stand there. There were no room slippers. Rest was nice

Fern Residency offers great value for money, with a perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bhiwandi area, whether for business or a short getaway.
