Room conditions and facilities are soo poor For every thing I have to call again and they have no safety for stay night without mosquito net

they give me room at 3rd floor, but lift is not working. so difficult to go any where from stair. toilet not clean poorly, geyser not working, service is so poor.

The bathroom was dirty. It was paradise for cockroaches. Mosquitoes spoiled the sleep. Please remove from your listing. Regards! deepak madhavrao jagtap

The hotel staff asked me to pay 750 extra for coming early. They didnt have room for me however they vacated an extra room used for stores to accommodate me. The state of the room was terrible, no cleanliness at all and toilet was horrible. They have not cleaned the toilet since someone used it. I requested them to change my room but they did not and asked extra money. They provided me the breakfast after telling them 100 times that i have paid for it. Horrible experience, please refund my money
