The cleanliness, amenities and service was generally satisfactory. The WiFi is strong but toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as toilet rolls are not provided. We booked a suite with 2 double beds but upon arrival was told that our booking was not received and they don’t have a room with 2 double beds. So information found in 永安 and the hotel does not tally. It will be good if the system updates the room types that are truly available. Overall, the stay was comfortable, despite some issues during check in.
