Good stay. Room was good. But wifi issues. No tap - only shower but no kitchen on property. Parking outside on road.

Service and the comfort for the amount paid is not worth, it’s not like a hotel, kind of lodge. Not well maintained and not hygiene

Location was decent. Breakfast and restaurant was never present/provided. The staff at the reception during evening hours was no where close to decent. No house keeping staff in the evening. Upon asking for bed for the third person he said that this is not his job but he is doing it as a favour. The washroom did not have have proper drainage and there were earthworms in the shower. The bathtub’s drainage was extremely dirty. Lizards were also munching over mosquitoes. The room’s ceilings were damp and smelly. Overall a horrific experience.

The stay was excellent! courteous staff and location is right opp palace n near to big temple. All in all value for money

The hotel was renovated some while back ago from what I understand by someone from France and they did a beautiful job, maybe in the past quite all work a lot of things do not work the bathroom, the shower, the bath, in the hotel, and there is almost never a person attending the front desk. There is a number to call as well on arrived i was not told when the breakfast will be served. The three star type of hotel in India always have the same issues and I will say it’s management and consistency. The hotel has great potential. It’s located in a great location just next to the palace and with just a little bit of attention it can be incredible. I will recommend to stay there, but I just want people to know that the expectation should be in line with the three star hotel the problem is that many of those hotel charge quite a bit like boutique hotel in the west but do not get to the level of boutique hotel so if you charge ₹2000 and give this kind of service it’s OK but when you charge ₹a night please up your game and don’t think that the traveler doesn’t understand.

Good heritage hotel, but only rooms are available. Doesn’t have a restaurant. Needs better maintenance of the space.

The hotel is very terrible with no hot water and mosquito and the toilets and showers are also not in good condition. This is the worst hotel i stayed. i dont recommend for my family or friends
