The hotel stay experience in thanjavur P.l.a residency was really bad.There is no proper services provided.The hot water is not all worked.overall my ratings will be poor.

Property is in the heart of city. transportation facilities are there & easy to reach. Kind & cooperative staffs. Amenities as provided by every hotel. overall nothing to compliant. satisfied.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and the room had issues with the air conditioning not working properly. Additionally, we were only provided with a single towel, which was insufficient. Overall, the experience was subpar and Bathroom Tap was broken . 😡

Only good factor about this hotel is it's location. We didn't taste the food, as we were told it is not good. The service is very poor and amenities are not all that good and satisfactory. The coolness of the a/c is very poor. Overall our stay with the hotel is very average..

Got a very decent room and helping support staff. No major complaints. Parking at their annex or on their portico, which is open. No problems faced

Location is very approachable. The furniture was old and worn out. While sitting cracking sounds comes out. The behaviour of staff was very polite .

so conjuice hotel, they save in not giving one soap and one brush. Even two ppl stay in double room they supply all above items one only to save small penny.

Though the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, it is services and facilities are far from being complete. The rooms are small and needs upgrading, the bathrooms taps are broken and dysfunctional. The breakfast menu is repeated throughout the week. The intercom does not work. The staff are very lethargic and casual about the compliants. In short, the management team of hotels needs to periodically review and improve customer service and experience.
