Really clean room, but old room with less facilities.. but worth the price. Toiletries should be asked to get otherwise they won't provide. No in house restaurant facility but alow outside food so no issues

To inform arrival time, we could not reach the stay over the phone. Even makemy永安 could not reach them. Till i reaches the location, mmy follows me for my reach. On location, the receptionist does not understand any language and somewhat he finds my name and gave the key. The setup may be good upon starting, but now due to poor maintenance, not recommended for family. Found cockroaches in the bathroom.

Good place to stay for family as well as solo travellers. They have multiple types of room to fit your budget. Location is the advantage being placed at the center making it easy to commute anywhere. Tiruvalla Bus Stand and railway station is 8/10 mins walking distance. Pushpegeri hospital is just 7 mins walk in case you are visiting this place for anyone's treatment. I would surely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience in air-co le grand inn, the room was spacious, the washroom was clean. The service of the staff was extemporary.

It was okay. Many things can be improved. The location is good. Did not have food from there. The amenities and services were usual, nothing extraordinary. A/c remote and tv remote seemed not to work. No hot water. Sofa was hard. Bathroom light switch was hard to discover. Rest of the things were fine like bed and working plug points for charging.
