Clean and tidy room.. quiet place in the trivandrum central area.. only draw back is single room is bit small...

A very good stay for a single person.. Cozzy stay. It's very close to TVM central railway station. Walkable distance to all nearby attractions.

Thanks for asking for feedback. The room is so small that barely we can move. I have immediately raised the concern that the room showed in your MMT app is around 250 sft and it is almost half of it. I took the issue to your team but no vain. One Mr has spoken to me and he told he will be arranging for a 20% refund, but nothing happened. Inspite of hotel people agreed that because of non availability of big room, they have provoded us smaller one. As a senior citizen i will approch court of law for justice. Even i have right to claim insurance as you have taken for that.

Generally, the room was OK and towel was not available. Have to request and wait for a while for them to send over the towel. Way to the room was crowded with room services trolley parked and felt uncomfortable

Visited the property for a days stay in Trivandrum. Size of the room is very small for the price they quoted. Headboard of the bed has almost got detached from the wall. Restaurant in the 5th floor has no decent food options.

Small room, receptionist were inhospitable and arrogant. Wifi connection poor. Not guest friendly. Please don't choose. Overrated for money

Really bad experience as the treatment of the staff (at reception is very bad) - there was a mistake of a cup getting broken and they don’t even want to hear any reasons but just collect the money. The way this was said was very rude and disturbing.

Tiny room. Not worth for 5k. Not at all enough space for extra bed. Food items were not available at 9. 10 am. It cannot be even a 3star category. Worst towels, worn out bed sheets.

Very bad experience during the stay. First of all very small room at this price range of 3000rs per night. Very poor maintenance of the room, floors are slippery and feel contaminated and stinking. I have seen many people mentioned about the small room size. That’s you will see true when you stay here. Just to avoid getting smaller room i have selected superior room, that’s also very small in size, not even worth for 1000rs. If you are going with your family, then it will not be the place for that purpose. You will feel staying in an average hotel in a very high cost. Cost of the food they are serving is also very high. One biriyani costs more than 300rs. They are treating the hotel like 5 star hotel, but really it’s not even eligible for one star.
