Very nice, We are north Indians and pure vegetarians I would like to emphasize that the quality was excellent and food very delicious Our stay remained very comfortable,staff very polite and humble and cooperative.Location is very suitable and near to Shri Padmanabh Swami temple.I recommend every one to stay here.

Not friendly atmosphere. Not good for Business traveller's. Basic necessaries are not provided. Worst Business stay I ever had.

Stay at Cordial Sopanam Hotel at Thiruvananthapuram was most uncomfortable. During the night there was a constant noise coming from Kitchen exhaust which was disturbing the sleep. The staff at the hotel was not courteous. Buffet breakfast was poorly laid out and was of poor quality.

Good hôtel, pbm of air con. First room changed because of a terrible noise. Second room ok until 5 am, then another noise from engines !! Except those pbms the room was very clean and big enough. Breakfast was correct.

the room provided was the smallest double room i have stayed in my life…couldn’t walk through the side to bathroom…told them to change which they asked for an additional 2000/- per day
