城塔酒店 (Hotel Town Tower)

Номер стандартный, на свои деньги полностью соответствует описанию, нам не хватало чайника, его в номере нет. Еда в ресторане недорогая. Мы брали номер на одни сутки, поэтому особо не придирались, минус вид из окна, но мы не открывали шторы. Но вот, что особенно хочется отметить так это персонал! Мы забронировали номер, через час, полтора приехали, заселили без проблем, раньше срока, багаж всё нам отвезли в номер. Очень приветливые, готовы помочь по любым вопросам, у нас возникли проблемы с такси в аэропорт, ребята все быстро решили, очень милый персонал и это всегда важно при выборе гостиницы. Если кто то планирует останавливаться в самом городе, то эта гостиница удобно расположена до многих мест можно быстро дойти пешком. Повторюсь, огромная благодарность персоналу!!!

The hotel is located at a wonderful spot in Trivandrum, the rooms were quite clean and had all basic amenities. The air conditioning and hot water were working. The staff was prompt with checking in and checking out, it was easy to locate, and had some wonderful local restaurants and shops around. All in all, it was a good place to stay in the city with family and explore. They also have an on-site restaurant but we did not try it, so cannot say about the food. Rest assured, it is a good place for family, couples, and solo travellers to stay and explore the city.

Rooms need more cleanliness.. Food is ok, but not up to the mark. Outdated Tv and furnitures. overall an average stay.

Room and bed was not clean though staff changed the bedsheet after repeated follow up. Staff in reception and restaurant were very rude.

Please refix. Regarding issuance of work experience certificate, sr. Vijesh, whose name is in the sp shortlist, has applied for psc work experience certificate. In the application, he states that he has worked in aman toyota for 13 years and 9 months. Then, under the experience certificate signed by the manager of vpk motors, if b certify issues the experience certificate. Experience certificate can be issued only if there is muster roll & factory authorization letter.

Nice ambiance, cosy room, breakfast excellent

Centrally located, very near to govt. Offices rooms are very clean, neat linen, toilets tidy. Staff very curtious, good service. Over all good experience. Value for money.

Stinking & unclean. Poor service. The quilt, bedspread & pillows were stinking, i reported to room service everyday, they told me that they changed them everyday, but the same was there. The whole hotel was unclean, smoke smell & stinks everywhere. Pillows with no cover, dirty pillows for every customer. Please carry your own pillows, quilts & bedspreads to avoid inconvenience.

Breakfast is excellent and also the service of all the staff and also very good and posive ambience sure I can recommend to my friends, collegus,and relatives.Thank you Hotel Town Tower staff and management.see u soon.

Pros: centrally located. Good and economical food inside and small bakeries around. Cons: rent on higher side. Only give 1 water bottle free. Manager does not seem to be customer service oriented.
