Positives: The room is good size and has many lights and therefore bright. Negatives: Not a four star rate hotel. The hotel is very old and smells. Upon check in we found hot water not working during that day, toilet shower water leaking through glass panel to dry WC area everytime we shower, toilet seat cover not fixed to seat and shaking, no fridge in room - we need it for insulin pen and we cannot buy fruits and dessert to put in fridge. Worst still the toilet reeks of sewer and we can smell it in the room and the room also smell of camphor something is being burned. We asked hotel to change room and they won’t do it. We were asked to pay up on day one and then on day 2, reception said it was wrong amount and we have to pay more. On last day, we had late check out withheld day rate which we arrangedduring checkin - but we were reminded to check out at noon time- from the same reception guy who give us the clearance for late checkout and he has no recollectionat all and we had to explain to him and he was blank and collected more than half the full day rate amount. Unfortunately a very poor experience overall.

The hotel is centrally located , it is near to railway station, bus terminus and all major temples. It has spacious parking, The staff are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The food in the restaurant is good & tasty. It is a good place for a family to stay. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
