My room was supposed to have a queen sized bed, but it came with 2 single beds attached to each other which was not great

We (family)reached 11 but denied room because check in was 1 clock ..when we went for breakfast first told me that we are not eligible for free breakfast...dinner was delayed for half an hour.. no house keeping staff was came for any help..There was no help from the staff when we reached there

location of the hotel was very convenient for us. the experience was very good. The food service was a bit slow but it was very tasty. Overall it was value for money.

Had a fantastic stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The amenities were great, especially complementary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

stayed for 2 days in dass regency..it is a very nice hotel and the location is also good... staffs were very polite and respectful.. highly recommend this property for those who want to stay in Thrissur

Good location with a gorgeous view of the vast rice field from the room. Courteous staff. Neatly maintained spacious room with all amenities (refrigerator with more than enough snack/soft drink supply, ironbox, toiletries, hairdryer etc. Very well maintained bathroom with 24-hr hot water supply. Enough and more charging points. Well functioning ac. Excellent food. Very spacious and safe parking area.
