This hotel is located near the beautiful lake and schadau-Park. There is a good bus connection from the Thun station. And it is very easy to reach other places like Spiez with Bus using travel-card for free! The room was the also nice and clean.

前往酒店交通方便，在Thun火車站乘搭1號巴士到達，酒店更提供免費巴士券及博物館優惠，酒店提供免費早餐，食物也不錯，房間整潔舒適！

I checked in late and there were no hotel staff due to post Christmas Day. However, I will expect clean bedsheets and pillow cases for us. However, the sofa bed was not prepared in advance. The bedsheets was torn, the pillows were dirty, there were no pillow covers. The blanket was stained and no cover sheets as well (see attached photo). For the price paid, it was highly disappointing. Even the chair was broken, there were no tv remote controller for me even to access the tv. The jacuzzi had much dirty particles as can be seen from the TV. The only consolation was the good breakfast provided. Can see that the kitchen staff has done a good job. I really feel terrible for such a standard in Switzerland. Worst hotel for my 永安s here.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. You can see a beautiful sunrise over the mountain from the breakfast room. Bus stop is just across the hotel, a few stops to Thun main station, very convenient especially if you have swiss pass. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The only drawback for me is the beds that are not thick/hard enough (same with many hotels in Switzerland) but overall a very pleasant staying.

入住不提醒，酒店熱水中央系統壞的零件，週末修不了。晚上洗澡都是冷水，前台沒有人，電話也沒有人，直到早上早餐看到人才告知原因。前台退房，提出問題，告訴讓寫郵件投訴，很無語。
