酒店位置很好，離沃爾瑪超市步行距離。酒店有室外泳池，房間面積也夠大。退房後去了沃爾瑪超市購買了一些零食水。

Muy mal Servicio, No cambian sábanas, mucho menos hacen limpieza en la habitación, y si lo hacen se toma como un cargo Extra, $280, No hay limpias ni en el baño y si quieres toallas o papel o jabón, tienes que bajar a la recepción por ellos,...muy mala atención y Servicio, en ningún Hotel de Tijuana me había sucedido esto,...Una más, sus Equipos de AA hacen bastante ruido, no dejan descansar y no atienden el reporte. Muy Mala Experiencia en este Hotel 😢

I don’t know what it is but the bathroom smells like sewer. It’s unbearable at times.

The room was very dirty. Look at the pictures to see how much hair I found. I also cut my knee with the bed. They don’t dust or mop. I did complain and got a different room in the first floor, which look cleaner but the truth is that the tub also had hairs woman hair.l couldn’t sleep because I could hear all the other people around. Horrible experience and never staying there again.

Muy buena ubicación, intalación limpia, tienen una cocinita, refrigerador y microondas, solo hay que llevar o pedir los utensilios y sartenes. Se encuentra cerca de un centro comercial grande, alrededor del hotel se encuentran varios restaurantes, desde mariscos, carnes, caldos y de buena calidad. Superó mis expectativas por el precio

Hotel is pretty clean and secure. Only hotel guest can enter as you need a room key to get in and use the elevator.

The service from the front desk is not the best. I asked if they have coffee, and it was just a NO. At least they can do best with customer service .
