我對房間的位置，酒店的服務，吃的也可以也不貴，以及房間的美景，都非常滿意，尤其別墅還提供按摩浴缸，真好！但是也要説一下問題，蚊蟲太多啦！希望酒店能想辦法解決一下，我懷疑我的房間哪裡漏洞讓蚊子鑽進來了。或者大家來的時候帶足驅蚊的葯品。我被叮的有點慘。

The hotel charges 5-star prices, but the property and services are more like a 2-star motel. During my 3-day stay, the electricity went out 10 times. The prices are not just 5-star—they’re comparable to 7-star hotels—yet everything is extra. For example, one burger cost RM 30, and it was of very poor quality. The food is not international cuisine as advertised. Check-in is at 2:00 pm, but my family and I were left waiting since our ferry arrived at 10:00 am. Check-out is at 11:00 am. It’s clear why they do this so guests use less electricity and water yet we already pay extremely high booking rates. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. This was my last visit, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone unless both prices and services are significantly improved.

Mooi resort, grote kamers en genoeg aktiviteiten. Wij hebben ons erg vermaakt tijdens ons verbijf. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Schitterende locatie zo direct aan het strand. Vlakbij is de start van een wandelroute naar een waterval waar je kunt zwemmen. In directe omgeving van het resort zijn ook leuke restaurantjes te vinden, waar je lekker en goedkoop kunt eten.

It was an awesome snorkelling 永安 for the kids who were doing it the first time. The food in every restaurant we went to were marvellous. The staffs are exceptionally friendly and making our days always. Will definitely be back there again and we already miss the water and the fishes...

Отель находится на хорошем песчаном пляже. Очень красивое место. Отель простой, но в номере есть все необходимое для проживания. Нюанс: туалет за картонной дверкой. Персонал дружелюбный. От причала до отеля есть трансфер, стоит 30 рингитт с человека. Все чудесно, кроме одного: нас кто-то покусал, может планктон, т.к. во время купания что-то обжигало кожу, а может какие-то насекомые.

The resort’s reception and staff are all so warm and welcoming, especially dear Aina. As we had difficulties trying to secure ferry ticket back to Mersing, Aina wasted no time in getting that sorted out and managed to book us a transfer to the jetty. The jungle hike booked through the resort turned out to be an eye opener and it was well worth the time and energy spent. Would love to visit Barat Beach Resort again, jumpa lagi!

Food at restaurant was good and fairly affordable for some dishes. Not much service provided. Type of activities was normal. Room was basic and definitely not new. Has holes around which allow cockroach to pass through (found one at night in the shower). Swimming pool was basic too. House reef have to walk far away to the end of the beach. Filled mainly with Asians.

Great environment. Relaxing and doable. Great Sunrise except for occasional overcast. The beach is white. The size of the room is comfortable. Beds are big. The deluxe room has a small balcony which leads to the swimming pool and dining hall. The room is not the cleanest. Saw some baby cockroaches running around the bathroom. The pillows are way too soft. The Aircon power is very weak Occasional power 永安s. There are a few dive shops along the way. Good selection for divers who wants different experience diving around Juara. Food prices are average. There is a roti canai shop mia cafe. Which sells out out very quickly. Be on time at 7am if you want to try it.
