Very good service and friendly people all around. Rooms were decent for the price. But we should consider the people always. They are ready to help you at all the situations.

Not at all upto mark. Ac not working. Have to wait for 10 mts to get hot water. Rooms and toilets are very average.

The room had a pungent smell and the ventilation vent in the toilet was open. We were unable to shut that window and use the toilet.

The hotel staff haven't probably heard what customer care looks like. Rooms stay dirty during the day even though i never marked a dnd. Parking is a pain as there's no space at all literally. Customers have stay are at their own risk to sri their cars as the hotel only cares about parking for their bar customers, those who lodge there aren't cared of. Spoke with the so-called md or owner and he blasted the staff in front of me but i have no idea if that keeps happening each time a customer reports an issue, it sounded rehearsed. While staff are seeming polite, they don't care about you too.

We stayed here for a night. Rooms are definitely not what it looked like in photos. Taps and flush was not working in Bathroom. We changed the room and in that room as well we faced the same issue. He mentioned that he can assign us third room but that was also dirty and felt like it was not cleaned after the previous guests left. I am not adding any photos in my review as room and bathroom were too dirty.Would not recommend anyone to stay here especially when you are travelling with family.

I stayed for a night in this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms weren’t clean. Tap and flush was kot working. We changed room twice but faced the same issue in all the 3 rooms. Also it looked like they haven’t cleaned the room after the previous guest left and just adjusted sheets and blankets.

Service facility from outside Hotel was good to stay Safe for family Extra bed can be provided, but room not spacious Complimentary breakfast from outside restaurant Clean room and Hygienic Bathing soaps and water provided.

Ac was not working properly. We asked for room change, they just didnt care and said ac would work at 16. Bathroom was so bad, door lock was hard. All taps were broken
