I was refused to check in because 永安 had failed to send my confirmation of .my reservations to the hotel. Despite having paid you guys yet I've to book another hotel at my cost with additional expenses. Please make arrangements to refund since its solely due to your negligence. Proof of booking another hotel has been attached herewith for your reference.

The hotel stays in the middle of the city,l and near to railway station and central bus station.Food was very tasty but little bit expensive.

the hospitality is very bad,blankets were not given and when asked for it,they responded very rudely. Rooms very not clean and windows are not closing which hampers security
