Very spacious and clean room. Well functioning and not noisy AC. Helpful and nice staff. Close to many restaurants and the main train station.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Femina. The rooms were spacious. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Location is also perfect for visiting popular landmarks. We will definitely come back!

Good location. Lots of food options near by and it is over the road from the local bus station.  Very average property tho, rooms are big and clean but everything is very old and run down.  It was a comfortable stay however I think expensive for the standard.

The staff is helpful and friendly, food is simple and satisfying. We stayed there for more than a week and were happy to have all three meals at the Woodlands restaurant. The deluxe rooms are large with comfortable bed and pillows. The aircon is good and there are no mosquitoes. The full length mirror with a tubelight on top is very welcome, as is the dressing chair, which can double up as a work chair at the desk (some rooms have dressing stools, in which case you don't get a usable work chair). Toilet paper and hand towels are not provided by default, but can be requested for. Wifi is available only in the common areas, and not in the rooms. The push button for the flush in the deluxe rooms is ridiculously difficult - long and thin and appears to be more a lever than a push button. Oddly enough, this is more user friendly in the economy room. There is no hair dryer. The floor is swept everyday, but the surfaces like table (soiled with food) are not wiped down and shower cabinet left with water marks.

Food is good for the cost. But room and bed cleaning could have been improved as the bed and bed sheet was not so good . Both room fitting was very old

Poor maintenance of the property.It needs full renovation.No value for money.Cats are roaming on the false ceiling of the restaurant. AC and TV remotes are not working properly.They placed cap broken kettle in the room. Floor is always sticky.No proper cleaning done by the house keeping.For double occupancy,they placed guest room supplies and water bottle for a single pax.Even if we called for our requirements it took 30 to 45 minutes to reach us.Totally unsatisfied stay.

Old hotel with out dated policies.as my friend has back ache , he wanted a hard bed to be put on the floor...but the front desk wanted extra bed charge as if a third person is occupying.The break fast spread was ok but the quality was much to be desired for.over all very ok experience
