Best stay with family . Cleanliness at its best , good service , foods are so nice especially their breakfast buffest personally love their sambar . Safety wise also good . There is smart bazaar in 1st flor . Everything else nearby . Overall tip top . As a malaysian its a best choice for our families 10 days stay .

The staff at the reception is rude and unfriendly. They refused to allow my guests in to the room even as they are senior citizens.

We had great stay at the hotel , food and customer service was really good, they asked if they can prepare watermelon juice since we don’t like the papaya juice and it was super fresh.. big thumbs up for volunteering it.. the only drawback is we were able to smell the smoke inside bathroom and while we came out of hotel room..

Overall good stay rooms are small but neat and clean. Hotel staffs are very good helpful. Good is ok. Bathroom neatness is not so good

I stayed with my baby and dad. The room was spacious but not very clean and had a lingering smoke smell. The bedsheets were quite old, and the breakfast was average. However, the staff was friendly. I would recommend providing smoke-free rooms for guests with babies.
