Only one bottle of drinking water given even though booking for 2. As a standard they follow 24hrs check out for online users they offer only 12 to 12 check out

I am very unhappy with the staff, they gave very old bed sheets and towels. Room service is not available. Asked me to pay extra amount for having stains on the bed sheets. Every day I had the problem with room cards, cards will be inactive every other day.

The stay was pleasant. The staff was courteous. The vegetarian restaurant serves high quality food. The property is also easily accessible due to its proximity to the railway station and bus stand. We highly recommend the place.

Room location is great , easy bus access to tirumala and is walkable distance from railway station. Rooms are clean but a little bit small in size. Service is also good, had requested few things from them and they provided immediately

Great stay. Double room is small we upgraded to 永安le room which is large enough for a family. Friendly staff with polite behaviour. Amazing food in their restaurant. Central location.

I stayed there with my family. nice room and cleanliness. it is situated in just a walking distance from the bus stand. Staffs are very cordial. worth to stay there.

It’s at a good location with a restaurant next to it. For travelling purposes it is convenient. The room is ok size but for the price it is pretty decent.

Чистый номер. Окно было, но вид на стену. Приятный и вежливый персонал, готовый помочь. Впечатление от пребывания в отеле осталось положительным.
