Very Dissapointed About The Room Cleanliness As Well Very Poor Front Office Management. Our Luggages Were Handle Very Badly By The Hotel Potters. Towels Were On Dirt Stain. Dissapointment.

Bathrooms are not maintained properly. They are not clean. The quality of towels are bad. They are old and cannot be used due to bad smell. There was an out break of helfa set and the entire bathroom was flooded with water in the early morning. No technician available in the morning to resolve the problem reported to reception. AC was not cooling. Over all stay is not good.

The property is well maintained given I am revisiting after 1.5 years. Didn't have any complaints. Food is accessible at the A2B restaurant in the same building. However please check on early Check in options.

Stay comfortable and food in a2b restaurant is excellent. Parking space for vehicles is sufficient and driver’s accommodation is also provided excellently.

very decent hotel , helpful staff . The amenities in the bathroom could be better ( like provision of tissue roll and its stand, sosp stand in the batjing area and a glass separator ) for the money we pay .
