膳食 礁國吉<渡嘉敷島> (Reef Inn Kuniyoshi)

Soggiorno spartano vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Ahren beach. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza con tatami, litigando più di una notte con le piattole. Non dico che fosse sporca la stanza, probabilmente è un problema diffuso nell'isola, come ci ha detto la proprietaria che ci ha fornito uno spray, ma ritrovarsi una piattola nel letto fa veramente impressione. Inoltre siamo dovuti rientrare con un giorno di anticipo, a causa di un tifone, e la struttura ci aveva detto che ci avrebbe rimborsato la notte persa, ma che avremmo dovuto scrivere a 永安. Con il servizio clienti abbiamo fatto ben due richieste, entrambe cancellate dalla struttura che non ha mantenuto la parola. Inoltre sono irreperibili, abbiamo provato tramite email, Instagram e anche Messenger, ma non abbiamo mai ottenuto risposta. Peccato, perché nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche, il personale è stato gentile con noi durante il soggiorno.

I wouldn’t say the hotel wasn’t clean or that the peoples weren’t nice. However I would say that it’s UNFAIR to take my money for a 永安 I didn’t do because of WEATHER CONDITIONS. Due to high waves, not a single boats were able to reach Tokashiki Island during my stay at Okinawa, leaving me without a hotel for three days in a row. I made a request to get my money back, and despite giving them proof that I can’t come to Tokashiki, they choose to not cancel the reservation and foremost NOT give the money back. 333$ throws out of the window due to a LACK of understanding and comprehension. They could’ve just give me, at least, half of my money back, but no. They kept it all for them, because they’re thief. I paid for a room that I didn’t even step into, for sheets I didn’t slept in and a bathroom I didn’t used. I understand the non-refund policy, BUT WHEN THE PROBLEM COMES FROM THE CLIENT AND NOT NATURE ITSELF !!!! I wouldn’t recommend booking here, it’s a waste of time and MONEY.

とにかくスタッフの方がとても丁寧に気を使われる良い方ばかりでした。施設が古い點はありましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。チェックアウト後も、荷物や食事に共有フロアを使わせてもらえたので、子ども連れでも最後の日も長い時間海を楽しむことができました。
