The best place I’ve ever booked in Tokyo . The place is extremely clean and new . Well equipped with everything you need . The location is prime and just 1 min walk from the train station exit . This place has many eateries nearby and there is a supermarket just 3 min walk . Can’t ask for anything more and I would choose this place for sure each time I come to Tokyo .

Just facts here, depends on your situation. Family of three generation. My parents: 70+ years old slept in the room at ground floor with two king beds Me + partner: slept in the living room on 1st floor, no bed. Self service tatami+ futon My brother + wife + 4 years old daughter : slept in 2nd floor, no bed. Self service tatami + futon. While the two king beds already set-up And just 3 sets of futon beddings linen which did not fit the futon. Host’s replied:any extra bedding will be charged. END
