We stay at this property for 10 days with a family of 6. Great location with easy access to train stations and central business district of Shinjuku. The property was well presented, and all living and sleeping is in one room, which was fine for us. lovely bathroom with a proper shower. The lift only goes up to the 3rd floor (which we were advised of) so you do need to lug your baggage up the reminding two flights os stairs. Not a major. Our place had a cool rooftop garden area which was great but we didn't get to use much due to the cold weather. We found some great places to eat close by with 7 Eleven and FamilyMarts only a few streets away. The Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is literally just 2 minutes walk away and is not only beautiful, but serene as it does not feel like you are in Tokyo at all. We were lucky enough to have a day of snow which just made the gardens magical. We had a special request which the property accommodated for which we appreciated. Great place to stay. Thank you.
