APA酒店淺草蔵前北 (APA Hotel Asakusa Kuramae Kita)

This hotel at Kuramae Kita does not have onsen or sauna whereas other APA hotels nearby has it, for example Ekimae and Kuramae. They are only a distance away (5-8 mins) In addition, this hotel is not near Sensoji temple (it was a 15 mins walk) so it’s nearer to Kuramae station (7 mins walk) instead of Asakusa Station. Nowhere near the station with 5 mins distance. The description is not accurate in the hotel’s details. I requested for a change of room but the concierge said there is no more available room for the next 2 days after checking their system for 1 minute. However, I can see that some rooms are unoccupied because not a lot of people used the lifts (they have 14 floors). The customer service isn’t really good. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room isn’t working. It is very humid in the room, when I called the front desk; they said the aircon is under heater mode and they can’t change the temperature so the room felt like 28 degrees. It’s even much cooler outside (11 degrees) and if you want to open the window, you had to someone to come up to open it for you. I requested for more hangers, the guy at the concierge asked me to go down to level 1 to collect instead of sending someone up to pass to me. Moreover, if you want to use the laundry services (coin usage), note that there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers so people had to queue up to use and you had no choice but to wash your clothes at 2-4am. The concierge staff will tell you to go to the next nearest washing machine which is 5 mins away (outside of the hotel) Even though there are other APA hotels nearby such as as Ekimae or Kuramae, you cannot use their services so be prepared that this hotel has no amenities for the price that you are paying for 6-7 nights for $1000. In addition, breakfast is not at this building, you have to walk to another APA hotel for breakfast instead. Also, the nearest 7-11 or family mart is at least 7 mins walk away. So there is no mini mart beside you. You have to cross the street to the nearest 7-11. I suggest you book other hotels for this price that you are paying as amenities don’t really add up to the price you are paying for.

Nice hotel, nice location and many konbini around but there is dust in carpet.

Отель прекрасный, номер не большой, но уютный. Мы жили на 12 этаже и у нас было окно из которого можно было посмотреть на город и реку. И окно даже открывалось!) Кстати, в номере было довольно тепло, хоть на улице и в коридоре отеля - прохладно.

มีร้านสะดวกซื้อใกล้ๆ บริเวณรอบๆเงียบสงบ อยู่ระหว่างสถานีรถไฟ 2 สถานี/สาย

싼가격대비 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 아침 9시마다 청소하는 이모가 오시는데 이모또한 친절하시고 한국인을 되게 좋아하시는 것 같습니다 담에 도쿄갈때 또 가고싶네요

생각보다 호텔이 저렴해서 걱정했는데 서비스도 엄청 잘해주시고 호텔도 너무 청결해서 좋았습니다 강추 👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel is great except tiny but fully equipped 😊 They provide everything that u need ! Location not too bad though there are otter APA hotels nearer to train station but reviews not a good s this one.
