The hotel is very nice. It is self check-in. We booked the room with 2 beds, but we got only 1 bed. After contacting the excellent customerservice of bookingcom we god the suite, which had 2 bedrooms. The decoration is very beautiful in Japanese style. Only the bathroom is the problem. It is not made well. You have to take a shower in the bath, which is too difficult for older people and also you can fall, a bit dangerous. And when taking a shower, everything gets wet, the water can even go outside the bathroom. The bath should be removed and a good shower without leaking should be made. And I did not know how to use the Netflix.
