地點非常好，離地鐵站走路不用五分鐘，附近也有好幾間超市、超商、藥粧店，還有很多餐廳，中華料理、連鎖丼飯店、漢堡店、燒烤店，應有盡有。cp值非常高，下次還是會選擇這裏。

Hotel assez spartiate, il y a le strict minimum. L'amplitude pour le petit déjeuner est limitée avec peu de choix. Le rapport qualité / prix est nettement inférieur par rapport aux autres hôtels réservés dans le cadre de notre séjour (certainement du aux quartiers de l'ouest), préférer séjourner du côté Est pour plus de confort et de service et pour un tarif moins élevé. Proche du métro qui mène en 2 arrêts à Shinjuku Station ou 30 min à pied.

距離曙橋站A1出口走路3分鐘以內可以抵達一樓大廳有提供免費牙刷牙膏備品也有飲水機、行李秤重機器浴室有浴缸，續住不打掃，可將垃圾&毛巾放在門口附近有7-11、超市買東西還蠻方便的價格比新宿鬧區便宜距離新宿搭2站就可以了

Hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but still near enough (2 stops away from the main Shinjuku station). There are many convenience stores and eateries nearby. Hotel provides amenities eg toothbrush but you take what you need at the lobby. There’s a microwave, washing machines, some vending machines and a smoking room next to the reception. Room and toilet is small, tidy but quite barebones, and for the most part it’s kind of clean but I want to mention that it took me 3 days to notice some brown stains smeared on the bathroom wall (ahem). My room was cleaned once every 4 days, but at the very least clean towels and 2 bottles of drinking water were provided daily. Service from hotel staff was average (neither warm/forthcoming nor off-putting). Overall it was a pretty average and decent experience, and you get what you pay for.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีงามอยู่ใกล้สถานีอาเคโบโนบาชิ อยู่ห่างจากสถานีชินจุกุเพียง 2 สถานี ภายในซอยไม่วุ่นวาย มีร้านอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อ 7/11 ,Lawson ร้านซูชิอร่อยมากกก ร้าน drug store อยู่ติดกับโรงแรมเลย วันก่อนกลับจะส่งของไปที่โกดังญี่ปุ่น พนักงานร้าน Lawson ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากๆๆประทับใจ🥰

Didn’t expect this place to be the worst hotel I’ve been in Japan. It’s very cramped, and washroom smells and not very clean. They’re very eco friendly hence lacks variety and quality in amenities. Couldn’t bare using their reusable slippers with paper insoles I had to buy my own from a store. Wouldn’t book this if there’s another option.

I had a great stay here! The location was excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Tokyo. There were convenience stores and a pharmacy right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great choice for hassle-free stay in Tokyo!

청결도 - 룸컨디션에 민감한데 체크인 시 머리카락 같은거 안보이고 깔끔 위치 - 역 근처에 위치하고 조금 멀지만 신주쿠 도보로 이동 가능. 막차 걱정 없음 서비스 - 에코플랜이라 경험한 적이 거의 없지만 체크인,체크아웃 할 때에는 친절했음. 비오면 우산 무료 제공 시설 - 전체적으로 깔끔하고 방음도 무난, 수압이 강해서 너무 좋음
