The photos provided by the property show a six-bed room with bunk beds (two tiers), but in reality, the beds are 永安le-decker bunks, which are completely different from the pictures and make the space very cramped. Overall, the environment is relatively clean, and the bathroom is quite spacious.

Clean place and wonderful breakfast

Staff were unhelpful left me to stay on the streets even tho a had just been robbed of my id on way to there refused me entry there is a better hostel around the corner same price would recommend stay well clear of here

Great location and professional and efficient place. Beds were comfortable, clean, breakfast more than basic buffet which satisfied my needs well (musli, yogurt, fruits, toasts to assemble yourself and grill, pancakes). Indeed there can be an interesting smell in the corridor (chlorine?) but the room felt great. Bathrooms could be better but seen worse Lockers are literally a metal cage that's so loud to pull out and open / close, depends on your roommates if they often open it, it can be irritating at night Otherwise I was more than happy to stay at the establishment and will be back!

⛔️After staying in over 100 hotels/hostels worldwide, this is hands down THE WORST experience I’ve ever had! Here’s why: 1. Tiny cold room- Could barely walk. You can't change the temperature of the room! It's set to 20 degree. 2. WiFi didn’t work in the room. 3. Extreme noise- Loud groups kept me awake until 3AM (I had to beg them to be quiet). 4. Mosquito: I got bitten all night. 5. breakfast: The cheapest, lowest-quality tea/coffee I’ve seen in Europe (possibly the world!). Dirty cutlery provided! 6. Slamming doors- So loud I had to wedge towels to muffle the noise so others could sleep (didn’t help me to sleep in the morning!). 7. Terrible camp shower- Unstable temperature (scalding to freezing). ... Never again! ⚠️

I’m quite disappointed with my overall experience at this property. While the stay is cheap, there's a clear reason for it — the hotel is located right next to a bar, and the noise goes on until early morning. It was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep due to the constant disturbance. A major issue I faced was a double booking. I didn’t receive any confirmation email or booking reference after the first attempt, which made me think the booking didn’t go through. I ended up booking again. Only upon arrival did I realize both bookings were active. When I tried to get help, I was told that I had missed the cancellation window — but no one informed me of this, and I couldn’t see any booking history on the website. This is unlike my past experiences with platforms like 永安, where everything is transparent and easy to track. Despite reaching out for support, no one provided a clear response or any alternative solution. Worse, I lost my ID card during the check-in process and strongly suspect it was not returned by the staff member who handled my check-in. I requested a review of the CCTV footage to confirm this, but no one ever responded to that either. This is very serious — losing an ID, especially a passport, can be a major risk while travelling. Overall, the lack of communication, poor system design, loud environment, and unhelpful staff made this a frustrating and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for peace of mind or decent customer service.
