Service was not used as expected. I tried calling the customer service, but no one speaks English. They just let us slept outside of the building. I tried calling twice and I did not even try to help us out. We came with a long journey, we are tired and more tired because we did not sleep. I demand a refund amounting to what our booking rate is. These women are teachers from Iligan City, Philippines try to discover and visit okinawa japan for the first time and experienced a terrible terrible situation.
