INFIVILLA 套房伊頓中心 (INFIVILLA Suites Eaton Center)

I travel extensively for both work and leisure and have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. Unfortunately, Invivilla Eaton Suites was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The property is located in an area of downtown Toronto that felt unsafe, with a significant homeless presence and sketchy individuals loitering near the entrance. My first concern arose when I discovered that key collection was not available at the accommodation itself but instead required a visit to a separate convenience store. This information was not disclosed on the 永安s.com booking page, and I was only notified via WhatsApp at 2:30 p.m., approximately one hour before check-in. As I was arriving with multiple pieces of luggage, having to walk to another location in an unfamiliar area made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As a woman travelling alone, I was genuinely concerned for my safety. The building and surrounding environment were also very different from the impression created by the photos on the booking website. The actual property appeared run-down, with visible damage to the walls, and did not reflect the standard I reasonably expected based on the listing. The photos definitely did nkt match what I saw. The accommodation was so disappointing and the overall experience so distressing that I decided not to stay and immediately booked alternative accommodation at an additional expense. I contacted the property to advise them that the accommodation was unacceptable and that I would not be staying. Despite raising my concerns, no meaningful effort was made to address the situation. There was no follow-up call, no attempt at customer service recovery, and no refund offered. What makes this particularly disappointing is that the rate was not comparable to budget accommodation. My booking was approximately US$230 per night for four nights, totalling nearly US$1,000. For that price, there are many reputable hotels in Toronto that offer significantly better quality, service, transparency, and overall value.

We were happy when we arrived. The location is good and the room is quite clean. HOWEVER, we were so disappointed that we had a terrible experience when we went out the second day. We found the lift didn't work, and we checked other levels and waited, but we didn't find any help. We had to walk downstairs. The worst was when we checked what was going on in the security in the lobby, that person was very rude and tried to blame us. WE WERE EXTREMELY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED.

No blackout in the apartment and room. One side of the power plug are not working beside bed. No storage service. Would prefer to stay in hotel instead.

Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!
