多倫多柏悅酒店 (Park Hyatt Toronto)

酒店一切都很完美，服務很好。到位但不過份熱情。舒服但有邊界感

面積大 位置佳 服務贊 早餐也不錯

非常好，服務不錯，細緻入微，除了房間有點小，但是考慮到在多倫多這樣的大城市，也是可以理解。

酒店在多倫多大學邊上，周圍環境很好，可以步行去景點。酒店在服務方面不如上海的帕悅，三點入住，一定要卡點，早10分鐘都不行。

房間還不錯，朋友出遊可以選擇

酒店房間整潔優越 員工服務周到，而且又有小禮品 地理位置方面比較近地鐵站 酒店亦有專車來往市中心，所以到唐人街旅遊很方便

到酒店時沒有人幫忙拿行李，衹有一個員工忙着代客泊車。到了前台辦入住員工態度也很官方，談不上冷漠或者熱情，我和朋友帶着孩子分別定了兩間房被告知不在同一樓層，需要都加錢升級才能安排到同一樓層，毫無親子友好感，整體缺乏柏悅該有的服務品質。房間不算寬敞，進門處的走廊比較窄小，隔音一般，冰箱噪音很大，也能聽到地鐵經過的聲音。17樓的bar view不錯，雞尾酒有特色也好喝。地理位置很方便，出門就是名品街和博物館。

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

對於這個價位來説屬實一般 後來到酒店另外升級的套房 就原來的房間來説 房間過小 平平無奇 看不出柏悅的豪華 唯一説的上的也就是洗護品牌是lelabo. 但升級的套房相比下就更有性價比 客廳書房化粧間以及包含了兩個廁所 都自然的被隔開 佈局很不錯.
