位置非常好，好近Union Station👍🏼 Fitness room 乾淨整齊👍🏼👍🏼， 不過房間有啲細，部暖爐開咗後有啲吵，洗手間花灑出水不夠大

酒店地理位置好，房間空調聲音響，每次制熱都彷彿開鍋了一樣。一直找永安訂酒店。這次的最深感觸是目前入住2個城市的酒店都給到了最靠邊角落裡房間位置。

Booked the hotel based on location, close to the Baseball games, CN tower, lots of good food in the area. The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Can't comment much on the facilities as we didn't stick around the hotel much.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is pretty nice, clean and the design is very good. The common space is quite cozy and good to hang out with friends or work (from anywhere).  All staff are very welcoming, friendly, and polite. We booked the room with breakfast included. The breakfast has an entree with a drink. The taste of the breakfast is quite good. The public parking is quite close, but the exit of the parking is on the other side of the road. The only downside of this stay is there were a bit loud noise in both mornings from the street, sounds like from the car/truck loadings (I'm not sure). The sound started from around 6.30am ish, which is a bit too early for us. Anw, overall we are pretty happy staying at The Union Hotel.

房間非常小，裝修和傢俱稍顯廉價，ac噪音非常非常大，housekeeper很壞，把我的衣物藏到床底下（我猜測是因為我沒留小費，我當時沒合適的現金在手上） 大堂氛圍挺好的，但是風格有點generic，不清楚風格的名字，但是在很多地方看到過一模一樣的的裝修，一樣的字體，一樣的燈光。 位置非常方便，離演唱會場館和火車站很近。

建物は古く、部屋は狹いので、最初は失敗したかと思ったが、部屋の中の配置や備品が工夫されており、過ごしやすかった。個人差があると思うが、前日まで泊まっていた高級ホテルより、ベッド、枕が心地よく、快適に眠ることができた。

不錯，位置好，就在Union 火車站對面，出行方便，去主要景點都可以走路達，位置處在多倫多地下城附近，下面超多餐廳，中午吃飯人數眾多壯觀。即便大雨都可以無阻逛街吃飯，值得推薦

Very close to the Union station, easy to find and access. Many food place around. Convenient for walk around not too far from CN tower. For anyone who has to take flight from Billy Bishop Airport, highly recommend. The complementary shuttle bus just front door of the hotel depart every 15-30 minutes.. Amenity is very eco friendly, organics product I think The housekeeper not clean well when I arrived, still leftover the previous guest garbage in ice bucket, stocking package was left in the drawer and no shower math for the first night
