Check in was seamless. The suite was immaculate. I forgot my jacket in the closet when I checked out and the next day the staff helped me to find it that was extremely helpful to know my contents were safe in this hotel. Convenient location to food options and highway access.

The hotel is near the airport with free shuttle service. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well maintained. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. Value for money if you take an early flight depart from Toronto to avoid the early morning jam in 401 Highway.

I chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again.

The room itself was really nice and comfortable and clean, but we had quite a lot of trouble with our reservation itself. We booked a room for 2 nights, and they had the online reservation but they put it in the system as one night, and it took them 20 minutes and back and forth between managers and my email confirmation AGAIN for them to "extend" the stay that we already paid for. We didn’t get any compensations for the trouble, and we also got transferred to another hotel (because of the wildfires which isn’t their fault), but the other hotel didn’t look like they knew we were coming, and didn’t process the reservation properly, which was made MONTHS in advance. Overall poor customer service, but the hotel itself is pretty nice. Just kinda far from downtown. At least there’s a bus line close by and ubers always near.
