Front Desk personnel particularly Alejandro assisted us very well. Norma from cleaning dept is amazing. Maintenance service was great. The people from the breakfast area are helpful, kind, and great customer service. Our only concern was we are asked to give 100CAD depo and we have checked out at 1pm today. But the revert of deposit was not yet credited to my son. The didnt even gave us a receipt or voucher. Can you please help us to follow up the revertdeposit.

Had an excellent one night stay at this hotel - family of 4. Location was a short walk from Union Station & therefore very handy if using the UP express shuttle from the airport into Toronto centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We only had 3 towels in the room, despite 4 guests, but we spoke to reception and an extra towel was immediately provided. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant - the choice of both hot and cold food was impressive, including french toast with strawberries rotated with waffles and pancakes plus sausages and bacon, eggs, etc. Lots of choice of fruit - fruit medley pots, ones with greek yoghurt, fruit smoothies, etc. A great selection of pastries too. Highly recommend this hotel!

**酒店入住體驗：地理位置優越，但細節待改進** 這次入住體驗可謂喜憂參半。酒店的地理位置確實非常便利，周邊交通、餐飲、購物一應俱全，這是最大的亮點。 然而，房間的衞生狀況令人失望。一進門就聞到明顯的煙味，雖然整個酒店禁煙，申請換房後，新房間依然存在類似問題。後來發現，酒店似乎用濃重的空氣清新劑掩蓋異味，反而顯得不夠自然，甚至有些刺鼻。 此外，房間內未配備一次性洗漱用品，需要親自下樓領取，對於晚到或疲憊的一天後覺得非常不爽。 整體來看，酒店在衞生管理和服務細節上還需加強，目前的體驗讓人感覺“過大於功”。如果這些問題能改善，憑藉優越的位置，還是值得考慮的。

We arrived late at night at Union Station and then walked with our luggage to the Novotel. Check-in was quick and the morning breakfast buffet was wonderful, though I'm still not sure why we had to sign a receipt at the end. Some signage inside Union Station might be helpful in allowing us to stay inside as much as possible before exiting towards the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent – conveniently situated near key attractions and public transport, which made getting around the city very easy. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which added a nice personal touch to the service. The room was clean and adequately equipped for a short stay. However, the main downside was the poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking in the corridor, as well as the frequent noise of doors opening and closing, which affected the overall comfort, especially at night. Despite that, it was a decent stay with good service and a great location. With some improvements in sound insulation, it would be a much more comfortable experience.

Novotel Toronto Centre has an excellent location- 8 to 10mins walk from Union Station, St Lawrence market, 5 mins to Berczy park. No Frills is also just next to the hotel, very convenient to get urgent stuff or snacks. There is also a whole stretch of restaurants and pub just right opposite of it. Staff are friendly, amenities are complete. The room is rather spacious, modern, clean, and with enough lighting. I especially like their shower stall (I'm not a bathtub person) with good water pressure for both the rain shower and shower head..

Great location, good restaurant and helpful staff. We booked two adjacent rooms for us and family and had comfortable space in the rooms for chatting. Taxi drivers found it easy to park.

猛一看酒店很新 吹風機背面全是灰 兩瓶浴液沒有洗髮水… 被頭一掀開 真的是大無語 衹能安慰自己是別人的粉底沒洗掉吧 還能説什麼 早上9點多Room Service使勁敲門 衹住一晚還要幫我打掃衞生嗎…
