房間比較衞生，舒服，洗手間是兩個洗手盆…… 位置，從機場大巴到市區6公里，比較近，下了大巴走10分鐘。 樓下有一個冰激凌馬克龍，購買的人排隊好吃。 樓下就是市政廣場，廣場夜市蝦仁好吃，旁邊有一個百年老店，環境很美。 早餐也可以!

位置很好，從火車站出來就可以步行到達，跟着導航走大概十幾分鍾就到了，個人覺得圖盧茲市內旅遊還是火車到達更好。

Neu renoviertes Hotel mit grossen Zimmern, guten Betten und hervorragend eingestellter Klimaanlage. Das Bad war auch neu, die Dusche war gross.  Die Lage ist direkt am Place de Capitole, dennoch liegt das Hotel ruhig.  Der Empfang war herzlich; im Zimmer lagen zur Begrüssung frisches Gebäck, ein handgeschriebener (!) Willkommensgruss und 2 Flaschen Wasser.  Das Frühstück war top. Alles da, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, diverse Säfte, Speisen warm und kalt. Für jeden was dabei. Sehr guter Kaffee.  Das ganze Personal ist äusserst hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.  Es lohnen sich in diesem Hotel auch längere Aufenthalte.

Chambre me parait un peu petite pour les 20 m2 annoncé. Salle de bain à moderniser Travaux dans le couloir qui enlève le charme de l'hotel. Accueil et salon magnifique.

ロケーションは良いが、少し入った所で初め通り過ぎてしまった。 ロクシタンのアメニティ良かったです。 少し早く着いたのですが、早めにチェックインしてくれるなど、サービスもよく、スタッフの対応も温かみもあり良かったです。

Nous sommes restés une nuit pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. Courte mais agréable avec un bon service de literie, de thé/café en chambre. Quelque cheveux à mon arrivée dans la baignoire mais rien à dire sur le reste de l’hôtel. L’insonorisation moyenne mais bâtiment ancien donc ne pose pas de problème plus que ça. Très bon séjour.

Emplacement sur la place du Capitole à proximité de tous les commerces. Accueil Et service plus que sympathique ! Café et cookies offerts tout au long du séjour !

Hôtel bien placé , gentillesse du personnel, très bon petit déjeuner ! Par contre hôtel vieillissant : tapisserie décollée, moisissure joint sdb , émail de baignoire rayée , tache sur moquette , brosse wc…il est noté chambre et salle de bain de 20m2 ce n’est pas le cas, déçue de la vue sur l’arrière cour au prix des chambres

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!
