I didn’t get to go had a bad car accident and spent the time at Hospital. Called to cancel and they wouldn’t even hear about it. So my money was taken for the 4 day stay during Christmas! Did they really n ed the n money that bad! I sure did. !!! Tip off artist! The hotel is a great place to stay been there before but never again will post it on every site possible. Not to trust this place! 400$ down the drain. For nothing!

房間大 空間感強 有冷氣 有沙發 有電腦桌子 很多活動空間 乾淨度一般 沒有拖鞋 而且早餐沒什麼可以吃 只能說是正常。

The customer service is bad! We are traveling from the U.S. to Vancouver and booked this hotel for 2 nights. We didn’t bring the dog inside the room but they’re trying to charge $80 for my 2 dogs for two nights staying. I told them to check the camera; still, they didn’t check and gave us free to go without charging! Honestly, they’re trying to steal the money from us if we didn’t mention checking the security camera! Be careful when you travel with your dogs in this hotel! The room is not clean still has some dirty inside!
