It was a a good hotel

I loved this hotel 🏨🛏️ it was a great experience. I plan on going back next year for a week.

酒店不錯，早餐好。

乾淨衞生，服務好。就是停車費比較貴！

房間新，設施不錯，不過網絡不免費，前天態度一般，房間沒有水，找他們要水就給你擺臉色也不給你水。

The hotel is great but I did not enjoy having to go up to the parking garage. We say a huge RAT run in front of us and that was awful. I wish there would be a flat fee for parking on your visit and it could be valet for that price instead of us having to go up to the gross parking garage.

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly "every other day." I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)
