Отель просто шикарный! К сожалению, остановились всего на одну ночь, но впечатлений хватит надолго. Заселили нас даже чуть раньше, что было очень приятно. Ужин оказался сытным и вкусным, а завтрак — необычным, с национальными особенностями. В целом сам отель удивил своей атмосферой — это настоящее погружение в японскую культуру. Очень уютное, стильное и необычное место. Хотелось бы вернуться ещё!

Very good place to stay, the hotel is brand new and looks like a traditional ryokan in modern style. The staff are very supportive and polite. The hotel has its own onsens which we liked the most in Kinosaki (we had pass for public onsens included in price)! Kaiseki there was a special experience! Location is a little far from the station (about 15-20 minutes walk) but the transfer solves this problem if you have heavy luggage :) This hotel is highly recommended for sure!
I just want to say the service is superb good!!!
Facilities in the hotel also very new, very good.
The staffs there lovely, and provide us fresh seafood for the dinner.
DEFINITELY LOVE SHINZAN KINOSAKI so so so much!

Service is good. Staffs are very friendly and courteous.
Room is spacious and nice onsen.
However we didn't enjoy the Dinner and Breakfast. Probably not use to it.
