Had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and hygienic.

I had a disappointing experience at nm royal county during checkout. I was informed that i had to pay for cashews from the minibar, which i never used. Despite explaining this, i was forced to pay for something i hadn’t even touched. It is the hotel’s responsibility to verify minibar usage after each guest checks out, not burden the next guest with such issues. They claimed the container was open from the inside, but that is not proof that i consumed it. If i had used it, i would have had no hesitation in paying. This experience was not just unfair but also embarrassing and humiliating. Such incidents reflect poor management and customer service. I hope the hotel management takes this seriously and ensures better accountability in the future.

The stay was average with dusty rooms and not clean bathroom. , no hot water availablity and ac was not adjustable.

The room was very small. Neatness ok. Not worth the amount i paid. For that amount i would have got better options. Since i booked via make my 永安 they gave me the worst room available. Not even space to move around. God that i didnt take my family. It would have been terrible for them too

rooms to much congestion/dirty towels & bed spread/dirty swimming pool if you use it skin disease for sure ......will never recommend 🙏. i don't have photos

The room which we stayed in on the 25th did not have a working exhaust in the bathroom and nightlamps near the bedside was broken and not working. The stay on the 28th was average.
