Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect stay for a family vacation - we had a wide age range with young children (2 and 5) and a senior (70) in our travel group. Booked the family connecting rooms. Views from the room balconies were stunning. Everyone had a great time. Staff was incredibly accommodating - both kids got sick in the car on the way up and we were able to send everything including the car seat covers to laundry when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, room service was fast and tasty too. They have a shuttle service, but we just called taxis through Grab (~$2 one-way). Got an indulgent foot massage at Chi Spa. Only regret, wished we stayed an extra night! Would recommend with young kids to pack extra snacks and shelf stable milk as there’s no market or bodega nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family of 8. Booked 2 villas and the experience is excellent. Guest service is great, the facilities and rooms are very well maintained, although the gym room could be better equipped with more machines. I have to commend the GM, Mr Steven Tan, as is very detailed and hands on. Saw him cooking at the egg station due to manpower shortage, then he was at the front office receiving guests and sending off guest, even hold up umbrellas for guests disembarking from tour buses during rainy days. Very hands on and very willing to pull up his sleeves and help out. Rarity for a General Manager. One of our villas door lock was having issues and he came to apologize personally and explained the issue with the locks...turns out the wet weather in Sapa wreaks havoc on the digital locks. Restauarnts serves very good Italian and Vietnamese cuisine, which is why we ended up having 2 dinners in the hotels during our 3 nights stay in Sapa. Wonderful experience and we will definitely come back to Silk Path whenever we come back to Sapa. And because of this experience, I will definitely try out the Silk Path hotels in Hanoi in my next business 永安s. Kudos to Mr Steven Tan and his team.

Отель очень понравился. Уровень отеля начинается с ворот. Стоит на холме, среди гор. Очень стильный, все это видно в деталях. Не говоря о бассейне, туалете, ландшафтном дизайне. Даже чашка дизайнерская. Очень довольны отдыхом. Вернемся обязательно в сапу, и в этот отель ! Особая благодарность Дэниелу, очень помог в возникших вопросах. Настоящий профессионал своего дела, очень приветливый, внимательный. Спасибо всей команде отеля. И самое главное, виды с отеля портясающие.

The hotel is a beautiful 5-star property not too far from Sapa town with luxurious interiors, stunning valley views, and excellent breakfast service—even with personal touch from the GM himself. While the overall stay was pleasant, the final day was marred by a poorly handled incident. After being locked out of the room due to a door battery issue, we were later accused of taking a missing toilet roll bag. Forced to unpack our luggage in front of others on the reception lobby floor, the experience was humiliating and upsetting. Although an apology was offered, it came too late. The lack of professionalism and proper procedures overshadowed an otherwise good stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

My credit card was hacked and used for this scammer hotel.when contacted 永安 they tried to help but ass hole hotel don't want to return the money even though no one show up and I Don have any vietnam friend who booked multiple iteneries.bloody greedy hotel and run by basxxrds.

飯店在山坡上，可以觀看整面山景。飯店的花園種植各種花卉，目前花卉盛開非常美麗。入住山景房的房型，第一天因為起霧只看得見白霧一片，第2天晴天即可看見壯觀的山景。建議一定要訂山景房。酒店的服務很好，有交通車可以到市中心，餐廳的食物很美味。

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, and the room with a small balcony is surprisingly cozy and not too cramped. The bathroom features an old-style bathtub. Breakfast is decent. The spa treatment was amazing and staffs were friendly, though a bit pricey. The hotel is located slightly away from downtown, but they offer a convenient shuttle service in the morning and evening.
