A relaxing and well maintained hotel, good for stay-cation or anyone looking to unwind, very peaceful. The room was spotless fresh upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable felt cozy and calming. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accomodating, everyone we interacted with, was warm and corteous. The food were flavorful and well prepared especially their breakfast. Dining with the view was a real treat, perfect for rest and relaxation. Definitely worth it for a peaceful getaway. Great value for the quality of service, views, and relaxation provided. Would return for another stress-free break. Once again, thank you.😊 see you next time.

Upon check in we were told that our room will have no aircon. The receptionist told us that we don't need aircon because of the weather. First time to hear. Of course we did not agree. They said they upgrade our room. Room is clean but too many insects outside so we cannot leave our door and windows opened. Breakfast was okay. Pool is under construction.

Smells of the elevator and lower ground flr is not good. And place is under construction For now it’s not very safe specially for kids. Over all . It’s good

Im satisfied my stay in joville sapa hotel together with my friend. I love the breakfast especially the fried rice so delicious. The view is very satisfying the service and amenities is good but i hope that their is a 24hrs front desk so that if the guest will going to check out early morning they have a person to take care. But overall im very satisfied 😊

Booked standard room with mountain view however upon arrival the staff said whether we want to upgrade our room to deluxe room as they got a few vacancy and need to top ip some more $$. We ask them to show both rooms and notice the view of the room we booked was not with mountain view but just other buildings blocking the view. For deluxe room, it has balcony but the room is smaller. At that moment, me and my friend not too sure whether to believe what they say. We decided to just stick to our room. Then the staff at the reception asked again and showed us another deluxe room and which was not bad compared to other deluxe room they showed, although there is no balcony but we still can see the mountain view with monorail pass by.

Super nice view where u watch monorail by passes every day. Staffs friend especially the hotel bosses Mr & Mrs Khoa are so helpful in all aspect including give me a birthday cake during my stay. Btw all the photos are taken from the hotel site Thank you very much

酒店的位置相當好，靠近市政中心，下中巴車走350米左右就到，隔壁還有觀景平台 可以看去番西邦峯小火車的網紅咖啡店，去逛街和美食街也很近，酒店也不錯 乾淨舒適，早餐也很棒，管家大姐的蛋餅很香
