Azalea hotel provides clean and comfortable accommodation. The room is designed nicely and with a great view of the beautiful mountain. The breakfast is good and the coffee is amazing. The location is 5 mins walking to the sun plaza for the tram to fansipan legend.

Staff was friendly and speak good English. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast selection good for a quick meal before hitting on the road. The view from the room was overlooking Sapa Center. We had issue with the shower as the water was going down slowly, informed receptionist twice on the matters but it was not resolved till the third time. The in-house massage was average as my masseur was talking n using her phone.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and they even upgraded our room when we arrived. The room was lovely and had a cute bath. The facilities were great. The bed was comfy and the TV was great- it had netflix and YouTube. We didn't use the sauna or jacuzzi but they looked nice.
