沙壩蔚藍酒店 (Azure Sapa Hotel)

酒店位置很好就在市中心，去哪裡都方便，正對面就有雜貨店和pizza店，走五分鐘就可以到sun plaza搭火車和纜車去fansipan,前台還提供租借摩託車和訂購一日團和景點門票。房間很大很寬敞，價錢很便宜含早餐，唯一缺點就是早餐的果汁淡而無味，其他的都很好。

性價比高的酒店，鄰近sun plaza，乘搭纜車上返番西邦峯很方便，酒店設施中規中矩，但是乾淨整潔。

급하게 예약해야해서 알아보고 할 시간이 없었어요. 그래서 별 기대안했는데 방도 깔끔하니 괜찮았고 사파 시내에 가까워서 좋았어요. 얼리 체크인 할 수 있게 도와 주시고 수건 요청도 요청하자마자 바로 주셨어요. 친절하고 좋았어요. 그리고 조식도 괜찮고 조식 먹으면서 보이는 풍경이 너무 예뻤어요.

Very friendly staff. The placement is perfect. Do choose a room with the valley view! Nice smoothie booth almost opposite the hotel entrance.

Location wise, the hotel is around 5-min walk from Sun Plaza and near restaurants. The room is spacious, clean, complete with the essentials, and has good internet connection. The food served during breakfast is savory, and food choices varies every day. The staff are accommodating. An affordable price for a lux experience. Will definitely choose this hotel again when we go back to Sapa.

Okay Stay, But Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience My daughter and I stayed at Azure Sapa Hôtel and, overall, it was a decent experience, but there were several letdowns that made it feel more like a 3-star hotel at best. First off, if you're considering booking an executive room thinking it’ll be more spacious or better equipped—don’t bother. I paid an extra £29.00 expecting better amenities, but the executive and double rooms are exactly the same size, with the same features. The only difference is the type of bed in the room. That’s it. Both room types have identical amenities. Another disappointment was the balcony. While the room technically had one, there were no balcony chairs or table provided. This made it pretty pointless. It’s especially noticeable when you look at other hotels in the area—many have visible balcony furniture, making the space usable and enjoyable. The other surprise was that the hotel charges for basic services that are usually complimentary elsewhere. Need an iron or ironing board? That'll be 10,000 VND per item. Want to take a quick shower after checking out? That'll cost you too. The nickel-and-diming was disappointing. The food situation was also underwhelming. The wide variety of food advertised on their website simply didn’t exist during my stay. It felt misleading. What truly made the stay better were the staff—they’re friendly, helpful, and honestly the highlight of the hotel. Their service and warm attitude stood out and made an otherwise average stay more pleasant. In short: decent hotel, great staff, but don’t expect four-star standards. Stick to a double room—there’s no point paying more. I’d rate it 3 stars at most.

服務人員很親切👍🏼飯店景色很美 美中不足是洗澡水會忽大忽小、忽冷忽熱…

1층 식당 베란다 바닥과 벽면은 비가와서 안닦은게 아니라 죽은나무와 빈 화분인지 창고인지 바닥은 닭지도 않고과 식당 소변기는 수동으로 냄새가 나고 지저분합니다. 식당 출입구에 여직원은 음식이 떨어져있고, 흰죽이 쉬었는데도 내가 먹다가 쉬었다고 하니까 냄새맞더니 폐기하고 끝..황당.. 벽에 기대어 손님이 있는데도 ,음식이 떨어졌는데도 스마트폰 보고 벽에기대어 앚아있더군요. 502호 방은 발닦는 걼레인지 .청소용걸레인지 두번다시 안가고 싶은 호텔입니다.
