Hotel prácticamente nuevo, con habitaciones modernas y limpias. El hombre que nos atendió muy amable, le pedí si tenía una manguera para pasarle un agua a la moto ya que del viaje estaba sucia, y  todo lo posible para satisfacer mi petición. A tener en cuenta que las camas son un poco duras, pero ya lo hemos encontrado en varios hoteles del país

is basically an artificial city that has been built, sort of like Disneyland with planned out streets, but I will also say with a facade. A lot of the buildings are not even finished, missing windows and doors and are just the structure. Other storefronts, when I was there, were locked up. Part of the explanation, it was off-season, but still, I saw storefronts and hotels that were fully equipped and they were locked. Staying at this hotel, the rooms were very nice with very new furnishings but the bed was, bluntly, quite hard. There was only one staff member but the stay was quiet and very pleasant. I will complement the hotel booking staff, they were very helpful and fixed a problem. Unfortunately, no restaurants were open and we had to take a taxi to a nearby restaurant with the weather cold and not pleasant, I ended up not staying my booked time and left to go back to Hanoi and the much more vibrant city with restaurants and people

Only a short walk to a long very quiet beach and the hotel is located in a very quiet aera. No breakfast, very hard beds and long way to any shop. Besides those remarks good value for the price offered.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Enchanted Hotel on 3-4 Feb 2024, and we must say, it exceeded all our expectations.
