I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott . Everybody was very nice, I was able to speak briefly with the GM Mr Fred very friendly person. He said please let the front office know if you need anything.

My experience with the hotel was extremely great. I was able to meet the GM Mr. FRED VERY FRIENDLY. THE facility was very nice. . I enjoyed enter acting with the front office. and other staff members. I didn't eat at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

At first I was hesitant about the hotel, I came in last Thursday it was issues. I had a meeting with the general manager Mr Fred and I let him no my concerns, he assures me that he will address everything to his staff. Yes, he did and this is my 6 day at this hotel. Yesterday it was an issue with the hotel not receiving it's debit expenses coming thru. When I pay up front for my hotel, I didn't expect that long delay on yesterday. I been booking with with you'll for quite sometime I was given $10 saying inconvenience yes it was. I felt it should've been more because now I was delayed. I didn't eat at the hotel. The staff is ok.

Every hotel I've stayed at this was the worst. The first room I was in the curtain was hanging down. I couldn't call the front office, because it was not a phone in the room. So I had to walk down the, it was a far way for me no elevator. The young lady at the front office was very helpful and nice. She said I'll move you to another room. Got to the second room the security latch was loose, you really needed the maintenance person to come and fix it. Well they don't have maintenance at night. So the young lady said, I'll try and tighten it, she couldn't because she didn't have the right tools. She tried getting me to another room, by then I was frustrated, I told her thank you for everything. I don't think I would have scheduled another night but it was to late. I was so disappointed.
