房間又小又臟，基本沒有設施，味道難聞，廁所在外面，很遠，也沒有早餐，唯一的優點就是價格便宜，位置相對來説呢可以。

A friend and I had the family room and it was great. Lovely place to calm down, relax, enjoy the lake view and/or explore from here on moto. The room was very big and the beds had mosquito nets. The bathroom was also big and hot shower available. WiFi only in the restaurant area but also a great way to meet fellow travellers. Overall, definitely recommend the place

Tempatnya enak, nyaman, bersih, suasana homie. Harga untuk menu makanannya lumayan tapi saya rasa standart untuk daerah wisata. Minuman dan makanan nya b aja, yang enak itu suasana penginapannya. Andai bagian tepi danau nya ngga berlumut dan sedikit rendah biar org2 yg ga bisa berenang bisa main air. Trs kemarin pesen kamar yang deluxe, tertera sedia handuk, kalau bisa lain kali langsung disediakan handuknya tanpa diminta dulu. Trs ada lg, kunci pintu kamar kamar nya kunci gembok yg kecilll bgt itu. Minimal dikasih gantungan kuncinya, ngeri bgt kyk gitu kuncinya terselip atau terjatuh ntah dmn. Pelayanannya bagus. Saran, kualitas rasa minumannya ditingkatkan. Dan mohon lbh diperhatikan untuk anak tangga nya sdh mulai berlumut dan lapuk, ngeri terlepet dan jatuh. Thx.

My stay at Bagus Bay Homestay was ok. The food and the service were good. The whole place feels a bit dated. This was a good place to stay for a few days while exploring the island.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Bagus Bay Homestay. The room I was given was not at all like the one shown in the pictures online. It was poorly maintained, and the toilet was very dirty. To make matters worse, the bathroom was shared, which was not made clear during booking. The staff, especially one of the girls, seemed indifferent to my concerns and didn't show much care for the guests. While the owner was more approachable, he dismissed my complaints by saying that it’s a cheap hotel, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The issues I raised were about basic cleanliness and honesty in their listings, not about the price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are prepared for a very different experience from what’s advertised.

Very nice and attentive staff. A large green area with its own entrance to the lake, with board games and active games in the air. Good European food. Good internet in common areas. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday alone with nature.
