乾淨衞生好評，靠近迦太基機場，非常方便，附近交通便利，距離海邊比較近，前台服務態度好，值得一住，好的體驗

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, ehrlich gesagt, ich habe selten so saubere Zimmer im Detail gesehen. Die Betten sind sehr, sehr angenehm und gemütlich, man könnte wirklich lange darin liegen. Weiche Kissen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind super nett und sehr angenehm. Das gesamte Hotel ist super sauber, relativ modern und schön ruhig. Um das Hotel gibt es wenig, was angeboten wird, aber genügend Restaurants, was eigentlich gut ist, wenn man eine gewisse Ruhe um sich haben möchte, denn von dort kommt man sehr gut überall hin. Das Hotel ist für Paare genau so wie für Familien geeignet. Nebenan ist auch ein Supermarkt, wo man einkaufen kann, gerade weil man eine Kochnische im Zimmer hat. Ich würde gerne wieder hingehen, wenn ich wieder mal in Tunesien bin. Danke nochmal an das Personal für alles.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax. The host/staff were warm, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions.

Hôtel correct, l'équipe est professionnelle. Le seul souci est qu'ils n'ont pas offert le lit d'appoint pour la première nuit puisqu'ils n'ont pas reçu la demande que j'ai formulée sur 永安. J'ai été obligé de changer vers une Suite Junior, ce qui m'a coûté un budget supplémentaire.

Tout le reste était bien, mais la réception et l’organisation interne de l’hôtel sont très mauvaises. J’avais réservé une nuit supplémentaire. À la base, je n’avais pas l’intention d’annuler, mais la réception m’a assuré à 100% que l’annulation pouvait se faire sans frais. Ils ont même appelé un responsable qui a confirmé le remboursement total. Sur cette base, ils ont annulé ma première réservation pour que je puisse en refaire une nouvelle. Comme l’hôtel garantissait un remboursement intégral, j’ai accepté de refaire une réservation. Le tarif des deux réservations était à peu près le même par nuit, mais la chambre de ma première réservation était de meilleure catégorie. Cependant, quelques heures plus tard, la réception (un homme) m’a rappelé pour m’informer qu’une pénalité d’annulation d’une nuit allait être facturée sur la première réservation. Je ne peux pas accepter cela. Si on m’avait informé dès le début qu’il y aurait des frais, je n’aurais jamais accepté d’annuler la première réservation. Ensuite, au moment de mon départ, on m’a même dit que des frais supplémentaires (deux nuits) allaient être prélevés. En résumé, la gestion est vraiment mauvaise et le service à la réception est incompétent. 其他都不錯的，但是前台和公司內部組織很不好。我多訂了一晚，我本來沒打算取消，但是酒店前台百分百確認了可以全額退的情況下，並且打電話給領導說可以退，直接把我第一個預訂單取消了讓我重新訂，本來想着能夠全額退（酒店承諾），所以我才重新又訂了，這兩個預訂單單晚價格差不多但是房型是我第一個訂的好，但是前台過了幾個小時又打電話過來說第一個預訂單需要扣除取消金（一晚），我無法接受，如果前台（一個男的）和我說需要扣除費用，我不會答應取消第一個預訂單。後面我退房了，居然又說要扣除更多的費用（兩碗）。總之管理蠻差勁，前台服務不行。

Excellent, polite and professional and fast service. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and with nice kitchenettes. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with natural ingredients, delicious local and European food and fresh coffee and natural juices.
